Charmaine: Born in Tasmania, Australia, I am a self-taught artist working primarily in oils. Previously a pastel artist, I began working in oils about 5 years ago. Since 2011, my focus has been small paintings and drawings from life, completed in one or two sittings. These are exploratory pieces that may lead to larger, more complex work.
